Luna's Nightmare

At first the colors seemed a little too "bright" for the Princess of the Night's dark side to me, but then I remembered something. I always saw Nightmare Moon as Equestria's Deadly Sin of Envy, which is brought into focus with the green undertones of the background, Nightmare's magic in use and her eye color.

Yes the mane may be messy/larger than normal and yes the colors may not seem to fit at first, but the longer you look at it the more you realize that it being the way it is makes sense. Everything from the bat-like appearance of Nightmare's wings to her chillingly hateful expression all reflect the bitterness and envy of Luna trapped within. Overall I think this piece is well-conceived and executed.
